Sarah Pascoe

Pascoe Law Principal Lawyer, Sarah Pascoe, is a criminal law and child protection solicitor who is committed to delivering exceptional court results and assisting her clients.

Sarah practises in all areas of criminal and traffic law, ranging from driving offences up to homicides and serious drug importation. She also regularly appears in the child protection jurisdiction, successfully contesting applications brought by the Department of Child Protection Litigation.

She has successfully represented clients in various Magistrates, Districts and Supreme Courts on a with breadth of criminal law and child protection matters. Sarah’s down-to-earth nature and comprehensive understanding of the Queensland criminal law system makes her an excellent advocate for her clients.

Sarah joined the team in 2017 after working for another Brisbane criminal law firm. She quickly rose to partnership, before taking over as sole Principal Lawyer in 2024.

Sarah is well recognised in her field, having achieved finalist in the national Lawyers Weekly awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024 for the 30 under 30 criminal law category, and finalist in the 2025 criminal law partner of the year category.

Sarah also regularly donates her time through probono volunteering at a local community legal centre.
